Ambrosia

<<<  Index  >>>

Her name is Ambrosia, but she calls herself Samsonne and she is known as The Scorpion
When she was born the world suffered from an apocalyptic ecological disaster and Ambrosia spent part of her childhood in a institution for casualties of radiation. Ambrosia, number 28E. After that, when she was around twenty years of age she became a member of a Black Gang where she was number 48. After that she became a Regelaar, a regulator, a hired killer, a specialist in political assasinations.
When the law is on the side of the rich and wealthy and protect the mighty, crime becomes the only solution and the last way out for the poor. Regelaars were the final stronghold of the poor and beaten individuals against the brutality of the the state, fighting crime with crime
Like as with her historic male counterpart Samson, her lethal power was in her hair. Abrosia lives in some kind of symbioses with a Grehm, a nasty little beast that hides in her gold hair. The nerves system of the creature is connected to the brain of Ambrosia and she can give it orders by thoughts. The weapon is purely biological and part of her body so it cannot be detected by weapons scanners.
Once she was arrested, but she got out before the law they could search her and make her harmless, and before they could beat out of her the secret she carried with her. She had found out a conspiracy, a new plot of the upper-class officials, a scheme that would make an end on regularity as they knew it, an end at freedom.
Playing with fire easily ends with burning yourself and inevitable Ambrosia got a prize on her head. She survived the first assassination attempt but was caught instead and was taken hostage by that regulator. She told him about the secret she had and this had made her assassin think. The two regulator closed ranks in order to solve this problem and finish the conspiracy together.
