Ellen Ripley, Luitenant and only survivor of the Starship Nostromo. The comic story is the same as the story of the film. 

Somewhere in the future. The commercial towing vehicle Nostromo is returning to earth with 20.000.000 tons mineral ore. The ship alerts the crew, but they soon discover they are nowhere near earth yet. The ship has his own agenda. It's a classic story. They take on board a larvae of an alien life form. The big deadly alien that sprouts from that terrorizes the ship.
