Falka lives on Alphard IV, a desert planet with three small oceans. Most inhabitants live near the coasts of the northern oceans. The third ocean lies in the south and it's water tastes bitter. As does the whole south continent. Falka was probably born and has spent most of her youth in the Amazon community in the fortress Aghar, in the highlands of the northern desert. But she was not destined to stay in the fortress and one day when she was a young woman, she left, searching for her true self.
Somewhere on her journeys she rescued a little girl named Sol. That girl was gifted with telepathic powers and stayed with Falka for many years. She played a vital role in the events that led to the restoration of the Well of Fire and she actually is one of the three guardians of the secret of these wells.
