Konoko

It is somewhere between 2010 and 2015. A three year old child Konoko and her uncle, Kerr, were rescued from an laboratory owned by a terrorist group called The Syndicate. Her father and her brother Muro got away. Konoko then was adopted by TCTF, an anti-terrorist agency  from the WCG, the World Coalition Government. Her trainer became Commander Griffin.
The father and Kerr were scientists who had been forced to work for the syndicate. They had implanted in Muro a so called Daodan Crysalis. This would make him stronger and faster then any other man. Not sure how to beat a threat like this Griffin decided to implant a Daodan Crysalis in Konoko too. Apart from a supernatural powerful abilities she is linked with a robot who can instruct and monitor her all the way.
About twenty years later, in 2032, almost every nation in the world is ruled by the WCG, people  resides is enormous cities, watched by big brother and the lands outside the cities are diluted and poisoned with toxic waste. What is not ruled by the WCG is rules by the terrorists of The Syndicate. When her active duty at TCTF begins it's good against bad, brother against sister, Konoko against Muro.
