Moréa Doloniac

<<<  Index  >>>

The world is not an easy place, we all know that. For one thing there's the ongoing struggle between black and white, good and bad, dragons and angels. It hasn't happened yet but we all feel that at a certain point, there's no going back. That at that point in time fate, actions of men and natural disasters will culminate and force events in one direction. The future of earth and anybody on it is then set. The decision is then made. When dragons have won, when good has proven stronger then bad, the future will be bright. When angels have won, when bad, black and evil has taken the lead, our future will be like hell.
Among us, in secrecy but not hidden, a battle is fought between these two groups of immortals. Angels and Dragons. The bad, the Angels, as always, are trying to defeat the good Dragons and push mankind over to the dark side. The good, the Dragons, as always, are trying to prevent this.
Moréa Doloniac is such a Dragon but it wasn't until she was a young woman that she first learned about this. She lived in Havana then, the most powerful and influential business center in the world at that time. The most important multinational was DWC, Doloniac World Company. Moréa was related to the founder and director of the company, she was number 37 in the line of heirs. She had a job with the company though, a small job, designing software for the media department. Media is important, especially when your company is funding civil wars and worse. This was common practice then and there  as it is here and now.
One day there's a terrible raid against the company. Masked men infiltrated the building and killed everybody who was related to the Doloniac family. Moréa was shot too, several times. She was left for dead but didn't die. She was immortal, a Dragon.
With the whole family killed the company was without directors and Moréa was the only living Doloniac left. So she became the leader of this immense company. And besides that, she had to participate in that war that was going on for ages now, the battle about the future of earth and mankind.
