he calls herself Suzan now, and sometimes she's called Lady S. She attractive and smart, intelligent and brilliant with words. The say she speaks eight languages.
But her real name is Shanjoeska Rivkas, born in Tallinn, Estland, on January 19, 1979. Her parents, Abel and the Estonian Ester Rivkas were Jewis, scientists and active in politics. Her father was biochemist who lectured economy. Ester educated German languages. They were very successful, but eventually became persona non grata en were deported to north-Karelië. When Shanja was 12 the family tried to make it to the west but they were caught and arrested by the KGB. Esther was shot during the arrest, Abel committed suicide later on
Shanja fled in the company of a young thief, Anton Sergejevitsj Grivenko. Because of this profession of hum they had some cash to spent. Shanja made it to the west, but Anton didn't and for many years she didn't know his fate. Shanja adapted very well to her new life, due to the fact she was very smart and to the trade she had learnt from Anton. When still a minor, Shanja took the name Suzan Mackenzie, with the help of a stolen passport.  And for years she was a successful burglar in England and a good student in languages at the same time. Because she kept studying.
In 1995 she met Helen and James Fitzroy. Helen was advisor at the American embassy in Paris. They officially adopted her and made her an American citizen. Her savior, James was ambassador for foreign American affairs, and Suzan became officially his assistance.
Suzan now was a respected lady, but she had a dark past. Sooner or later she had to be blackmailed with that.
