Shannon Masters is a warrior nun,
a member a team of thirteen Catholic nuns. She is better known as
Areala, the name originally owned by the first warrior nun. She lost an
arm in a fight against evil and since then she has this mechanical super
arm. Shannon Masters can transform herself into some kind of
robot-like creature, a god armor that wraps her in. |

According
to the In Nomine RPG game site the Warrior Nuns were founded in 1066. It
was the Malakite Angel Areale who was given the task to realize and
organize this team of thirteen female soldiers. They are
directly connected to the Catholic church. The Nuns are all still
equipped with the transitional holy sword, which kills demons but can't
harm men, but in these modern times they can call for any weapon they
want.
One member of the team usually adopts the name Areala, as the original
Areala did too after having a vision of a Holy Angel by that name.
Though still not known to most men the order is still active today. |
